Online-Practice 

Online-Practice is defined as the use of communications technology in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) practice remotely without direct contact between the practitioner and the patient.


We will provide secured services with communication technology that can ensure privacy and confidentiality, at a time and in a physical location(only at the Clinic) where confidentiality can be maintained.


Obtain consent from patients if information and data are collected and stored by videotape, photograph, or digital media.


Provide Online-Practice services to ONLY one patient at a time during the session.

In the online services of TCM there are some slight risks to treatment because of the limitations of Online-Practice services.

 Online-Practice Procedures

1. Gmail account is strongly recommended for secure but it is not mandatorily required.

2. Check and Fill out forms and Online Booking Or Email at info@pinetreeacu.com for applying Online-Practice

3. You will be received an invoice of the consultation fee($20/30min during COVID-19, later will be charged Reg$50)and Etransfer is recommended.

    (We may send other forms like Consent form, Questionnaire for Consultation form and New      Patient form if you are a new client)

4. Set up a consultation session during our business hours.

5. We may be ordered herb medicine if it is necessary and you will be received

the medicine in 2~3 business days.
